I’m really glad that I stockpiled plenty of sand and salt this past fall. I’ve been hearing that the other folks that do sanding and salting have been having a hard time getting more sand and salt. There has been a lot of it used this winter! Last summer I built a nice sand/salt shed that I could a big pile of sand and salt in, and so far I’ve used about half of it. I’m pretty confident that I’ll have enough to last the winter, as long as I don’t sell any to my competitors!
This is a good year for those of us who work in the snow and ice removal business! I hope all of our customers pay their bills on time!
