One of the biggest challenges in this economy is to keep a positive attitude.  Sinking into an emotional state of depression is easy to do when finances are so strained.  That’s why keeping fit is going to be so very important while we are going through this rough patch.

There are many forms of exercise that release endorphins into the body that help a person feel upbeat, and happy.  This is extremely helpful when dealing with so many negative things in this world.  Some people will buy exercise machines such as treadmills to help them keep fit.  Others will prefer elliptical machines, or exercise bikes.  Some folks will take exercise classes, or take it upon themselves to jog, or power walk.  Whatever the form the exercise takes, it is a really good idea to fit some kind of exercise into your lifestyle to help keep fit and to cope with life’s challenges.

I find it interesting that most of the guys I know buy cards and flowers and candy and gifts and a meal out for their lady on Valentine’s Day, but that for the most part, the ladies tend to only buy their guys a card!  What’s up with that?  Seems unfairly lopsided there!  My wife says that she just doesn’t know what to buy me that I would consider romantic that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg, so she buys me a card and a small box of chocolate candy.  I guess she has a point, when she asks me what I’d like as a gift that would be more romantic than a card and candy, I have to admit that I just don’t know!  So I guess I should just keep my mouth shut and let her enjoy her romantic gifts and hope that when the day is over I’ll get a little bit of romantic snuggling with my lady!
